Perforating

Perforating is one of the common foam processing techniques. We can create a variety of pattern designs according to customer requirements. Foam material that has been perforated enhances the breathability, comfort, and aesthetics of products across various industry applications.

Thermoforming

Thermoforming​ is a process that uses heated and pressurized molds to shape foam into three-dimensional forms, mainly applied to insoles and bra cups. When used in wearable products, thermoformed​ foam fits the body more closely, delivering excellent support, durability, and breathability — enhancing overall wearing comfort.

High‑frequency heat pressing

High‑frequency heat pressing is widely used in the footwear and apparel industries. Glue Lamination
